Jackson is here!

On the morning of October 8, 2008, my mom, dad, Charles and I all headed to the hospital for my scheduled c-section.  I had to be there at 9:30am and was scheduled for surgery at 11:30am.  I was prepped for surgery and we were all so excited to meet Jackson!  Because of another emergency c-section, I was not brought back to the O.R. until around 12:30pm.  They put my spinal in and Charles was brought in to sit with me and to meet our son!  Jackson Everett was born at 1:03pm and was 7 lbs 12.5 ozs and 19 1/2 inches long.  He has blue eyes and blonde hair, just like his daddy.  He is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen, and the doctors all agreed!  He looks bigger than he is, all three of the doctors guessed over 9 pounds when he came out, but he's my tiny boy!  After the surgery I was taken to recovery and they brought Jackson in with me.  He was so sleepy and such a good little eater!  We love him so much.
