SO RELIEVED!

Jackson and I had such a great day today!  We played on the floor sitting up, tummy time, rolling, practicing standing and jumping.  He played in his jumperoo and his exersaucer and is learning so much every day!  He knows that if he presses this little chicken on the top of the barn on his exersaucer that music plays and lights flash.  He loves it!  We read stories about bunnies for Easter and couple of Dr. Seuss books.  We also watched his mobile and listened to the music (Thank you Janet!) and here's the BEST part: Jackson pooped FOUR TIMES!  Oh my goodness, you'd have never thought I could get so excited about poop, and explosive poop at that!  Yea!  Jackson makes his mama proud!  We ate some prunes today and drank four ounces of prune apple juice and that definitely did the trick.  Now, hopefully we'll be able to keep it up and help him to stay regular from here on out.  Enough about poop already...

I cleaned the whole house today in less than an hour, well, in addition to laundry all day and two loads of dishes.  I feel so productive!  Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30 to follow-up about my diabetes and to see if my pancreas is producing any insulin at all anymore.  My fingers are crossed that there's still some hope, although it's difficult to have any left.  I'm going to ask my doctor for a referral to another endocrinologist for a second opinion, maybe someone else will run some more tests to rule out anything else that could be causing my lack of insulin production.

Well, I'm going to go convince Charles to watch a movie with me.  Jackson is already fast asleep in his own room, we're so lucky to have such a great little boy!
